Pauline Walker
Pauline brings over a decade of training and coaching experience to Walker and Wild, and another decade in Human Resources related roles.
She has lived experience working with and being neurodivergent which allows her to bring empathy and compassion to the challenges faced in different situations.
As a parent of a transgender teenager and watching first hand the challenges of parents supporting children as they come out, Pauline decided to leave the corporate world and establish Walker & Wild, where she can focus her coaching practice on individuals and families.
By providing support through challenging times, offering strategies to overcome obstacles, and a safe space to navigate change, Pauline is able to work with people to set goals focused on inclusivity, love and acceptance.
She brings a wealth of diverse professional experience to her coaching, ranging from leading HR for a major credit union, supporting long term work-cover recipients return to employment, and providing leadership training and coaching in a large global company.
At a personal level, Pauline is mum of two amazing neurodivergent teenagers, and fur-mum to Ashoka, a Finish Lapphund, who she is still fairly sure was supposed to be her husband’s dog, but will follow anyone to the kitchen in the hopes of treats.
